A cultural strategist with 15+ years of experience helping creative and cultural institutions scale their impact and creative output. In 2022, after years of watching artistic entities shoulder the burden of marketings’ shifting landscape, she founded _general population.
Before founding the agency, she held roles at Def Jam, Complex, 300, and IMG, leading work for Pharrell Williams, Rami Malek, Meg Thee Stallion, and Dick Wolf. Now, the studio is building systems that honor artistic integrity and drive revenue, a balance many ventures struggle to achieve. She is a rare black voice at the intersection of art and marketing–working to create new standards for how culture is shared, and sustained.
